I recently took my second certification test of this year. I am challenging myself to accomplish as many certifications as possible in 2010. This test was the Support Essentials test for OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard). It was more difficult than the last test I took. However, I found it easy to pass after all my studying. I was able to pass with a 97% and am now a Certified Apple Support Professional. The experience was so good that I plan on going further than I initially planned with my Apple Certifications.
